We need white men who are fully alive, and partner well with others to take potent stands for equity. Turns out we were not socialized to do this!

Our approach helps white men examine the harm we’ve contributed and unwind the limiting messaging we’ve received. We use our 360 equity leadership assessment to gather feedback about how leaders are experienced by their community. 

Through ongoing learning, skill development and relational accountability, we support men to live more deeply into their purpose. We help men to find joy and meaning in shared work for equity.
