Who We Are
Ethan Kerr
Ethan believes in the power of community to transform and heal together. As a facilitator and coach, he brings 25 years of experience blending racial equity, transformational group work and leadership development. Ethan partners with organizations in long-term change work to align behaviors with values. He loves dancing, gathering with friends and tending seeds. Ethan lives with his family in the Hudson Valley on Lenape land.
John Poore
John is a leadership coach and facilitator. His whole-person approach helps leaders engage powerfully to create greater impact with less effort and more joy. His clients in the U.S. and abroad have included healthcare, education, labor, environmental and social justice, communications and philanthropy. John is an avid hiker, beekeeper, and gardener, and lives with his partner Rebekah and their children in Montana on Crow land.
Will Tedrow
Will believes work should be a place where people can be fully themselves and leave more whole than when they arrived. As a leadership coach and consultant, he partners with healthcare organizations to develop leaders, transform culture, and solve leadership challenges that stand in the way of thriving teams and communities. He brings over 15 years of experience building people-centered strategies and programs. Will lives in Montana with his husband, Ben, and enjoys adventuring to new places or playing a good game of pickleball.
Yuri Chu Su
Yuri believes the right systems set people free. As an online business manager and systems strategist, she partners with mission-driven entrepreneurs to design the systems, workflows, and automations that make sustainable growth possible. Drawing on her background as a Chartered Professional Accountant, Yuri loves bringing order to complexity, and making businesses (and the humans behind the work) feel more supported. Yuri is an avid traveler and music lover who lives in Paris with her partner Max and their two cats.
