We provide tailored programs for organizations to engage their white male leaders in contributing to equity and inclusion.
Our consulting can include 1:1 coaching, group coaching, equity leadership assessments and workshops. While we focus on engaging white men, we partner with female and BIPOC colleagues to facilitate mixed race and gender groups when appropriate.
